What Do All My Plans Offer?
After booking your subscription or plan, I will send you a link to schedule our Initial LIVE 1 on 1 Coaching call to get us started! In that coaching call, we will talk about goals, symptoms, assessments, and education. After the coaching call, we will continue to work with each other asynchronously and completely online. I will assign you specific exercises on the Everfit app.
From the app, we can send videos and messages. You can ask questions about exercises or send videos if you are unsure how to do things. I will send messages and videos back critiquing your form and adding exercises to do. You can expect communication at least once per week. This way of work will allow for flexible time as a mama!
MORE INFO: I am excited to accompany you during pregnancy and/or postpartum. I will intentionally assign exercises that I have pre-recorded that will address your personal journey. We will address back pain, pelvic heaviness/pain, incontinence, weak pelvic floor, posture, diastasis recti, prolapse, and work on prevention of all of these symptoms.
During pregnancy, we will work on breathing, pressure management, core strength, mobility, and overall strength for a healthy pregnancy and prevent of symptoms. As baby and mama grows, new pains could develop so we will address these issues if they come up!
During postpartum, we will work on breathing, pressure management, core strength, healing diastasis recti, mobility, posture, back pain, and overall strength. Any specific pains you experience and goals you may have will be personally addressed. I can't wait to accompany you during this journey of motherhood.
