Service Description
I will send you a link to an app where we can send videos and messages asynchronously. You can ask questions about exercises or send videos if you are unsure how to do things. I will send messages and videos back critiquing your form and adding exercises to do. You can expect two back and forth communications per week. This way of work will allow for more flexible time for you mama! I am excited to accompany you during pregnancy and/or postpartum. I will intentionally assign exercises that I have pre-recorded that will address your personal journey. We will address back pain, pelvic heaviness/pain, incontinence, weak pelvic floor, posture, diastasis recti, prolapse, and work on prevention of all of these symptoms. During pregnancy, we will work on breathing, pressure management, core strength, mobility, and overall strength for a healthy pregnancy and prevent of symptoms. As baby and mama grows, new pains could develop so we will address these issues if they come up! During postpartum, we will work on breathing, pressure management, core strength, healing diastasis recti, mobility, posture, back pain, and overall stregnth. Any specific pains you experience and goals you may have will be personally addressed. I can't wait to accompany you during this journey of motherhood.
